Introduction to conflict advice and the significance for the company lawyer.

During an intake interview, various support questions or requests for information may come up.

This first contact requires communication and social skills from the conflict counselor, together with knowledge of the dynamics of an interaction and the prevention of pitfalls. Communication in an intercultural setting is also discussed. Discover the knowledge and skills important for the conflict advisor.
